We provide individual counseling to adults in Colorado via video telehealth.
Counseling focuses specifically on mental health issues and concerns, how your past relates to your present and any unhealthy patterns you may be engaging in and/or choices you may be making.
Our online session prices vary by clinician for private pay clients. When using insurance, your copay/deductible (if you have one) is set by your insurance and we will verify it ahead of our first session for you.

Life Coaching can help with what you care most about and develop a plan to achieve personal and professional goals. Coaching is focused more on where you are and where you want to get to, rather than focusing on your past, as therapy does. Insurance does not cover Life Coaching, and it is normally a limited amount of sessions to help you reach a specific goal.
Coaching focuses more on changing behaviors and accomplishing goals rather than revisiting the past and uncovering underlying issues. We help you set realistic, attainable goals that you really want to achieve that will allow you to be more honest with yourself and make more authentic decisions in your life.
As Coaches, we will motivate you, strategize with you, and hold you accountable to your goals.
Typical areas of life that clients use for Coaching:
1) Career - How are you feeling about your current job? If you’re unhappy in your career, need a change, or need help with going for that promotion, a Life Coach can help get you there.
2) Relationships - While it’s true that Coaching is not a replacement for therapy, your relationships can certainly improve by working on yourself. Coaches can help you set boundaries or learning how to have a better work/life balance so that you can be more present for yourself and your relationships.
3) Parenting - If you’re currently feeling frustrated as a parent or need clarity to help work through certain concerns, Life Coaches can help you through that.
4) Health - Life Coaches can help you stick to a fitness routine or diet, and can help you to change your thinking patterns to help you stay accountable.
5) Social Life - If you’re looking to increase self-esteem and confidence and get rid of negative thinking patterns, Coaching could be a good option for you. We can help you uncover patterns that are inhibiting you from being your best self at parties or events, and become a happier and more confident individual whom others radiate towards.
